venous diseases. Dr. Bush founded and is the medical coordinator for
Vein Affiliates, a national group of surgeons specializing in venous
disease. His credentials are exceptional. He is Board certified in
general vascular surgery. His knowledge and skill as a surgeon
qualify him as a Fellow in the American College of Surgeons.
